Welcome to the gymkamel.co.uk, website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this website.

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Support Centre team by email cs@gymkamel.co.uk or call us on +44 1254 945 714 (8am - 5pm), 7 days a week. All calls to Customer Services will be charged at the local rate, and both inbound and outbound calls may be recorded for quality monitoring and training purposes.

These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for Products which are being delivered within the UK & Europe.
GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and yourself. They do not affect your statutory rights, please read them carefully. We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website. We do not accept amendments to these Terms and Conditions. Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
PLACING AN ORDER
To be able to buy Products you have to provide your name and address, phone number, email address, payment details and other required information, be at least 18 years of age; In case you created an account with a personal user identification and password, keep your password protected at all times and do not disclose it to anyone else as you are personally responsible for each purchase made using your user identification and password.

All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order and reserve the right not to deliver for any reason without any liability to you. Examples of when we may not accept your order include, but are not limited to, incorrect stock level shown on site at the time of receiving the order, incorrect price displayed on the site or if we are unable to authorize your payment.

Once we have received your order you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order and not a binding acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation e-mail. Gymkamel Sport Ltd. does not guarantee that all items included on the site are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable you will be contacted shortly by phone or e-mail. Gymkamel Sport Ltd. cannot guarantee that the content on the page is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date and Gymkamel Sport Ltd. may at any time amend the content of the site. Gymkamel Sport Ltd holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales and will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of Gymkamel products that we supply, and/or to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police and Gymkamel Sport Ltd reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.

Gymkamel Sport Ltd. reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions and users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.
DISCLAIMER REGARDING PRODUCT INFORMATION
Gymkamel Sport Ltd. has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information, such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible but we reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on colour settings of your computer and monitor.
PRICES
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT at 20% but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed. From January 1st, 2021 all international orders will have the UK VAT removed at checkout (so the price will be lower than stated), additional duties may be payable to your local authorities on receipt of your delivery. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes (The recent trade deal between the UK and EU suggests orders from the EU will be liable for import VAT but no import duty or customs fees). Gymkamel Sport Ltd. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information we suggest you contact your local customs office before placing your order. Taxes and duties incurred on refused packages are not covered by Gymkamel Sport Ltd.

Gymkamel Sport Ltd. may vary the prices of Products listed on the site at any time and without any notice but such changes will not apply to Products in respect of which you have been sent a Dispatch Confirmation. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop Gymkamel Sport Ltd will give you the option to place a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. Gymkamel Sport Ltd however reserves the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by e-mail. We are under no obligation to provide goods to you at an incorrect lower price, even once we have sent a shipping confirmation to you, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have been recognised by you as an error.
PROMOTIONS
Promotion codes are limited to one time per customer and cannot be combined with other offers, if not otherwise explicitly stated. Promotion codes and offers are only valid within the explicitly set time or as far as we have stock and not applicable to previously placed orders.
PAYMENT
We accept most payment cards, like: Visa and Mastercard, Payment must be made in the currency (GBP) as indicated on your order before you submit it.

We offer safe payment provided by Revolut & Stripe a certified payment providers. Payment methods offered globally are credit and debit cards; in certain countries invoice payment or electronic links payments or QR code payments before delivery may be available. Payments are not debited until the order has been dispatched. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, the name of the cardholder, its period of validity and the CVC code. We do not store any credit card information or such sensitive information solely necessary for payment and all information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. In the event no payment has been received after submitting your order Gymkamel Sport Ltd may automatically cancel your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card, bank information or other personal information that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of such credit/debit card, bank or personal information.

By Now pay later methods

If you're already a PayPal, Klarna & Clearpay customer, you can log in with your user details and confirm the payment. If you're new to these payment methods, you can create a account and then confirm the payment. When paying by PayPal, Klarna & Clearpay Gymkamel Sport Ltd. Reserves the right to check the validity of the selected account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your selected account.
ORDER PROCESSING
Your order is sent directly to our secure system for processing. Once we have received your order and payment, our staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item. Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours providing the goods are in stock. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, customs clearance processes, faulty delivery information or any other unforeseen activities, however during busy periods we offer no guarantee on dispatch times and delivery times.
ORDER TRACKING
You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into your account from the Home page on this website, or when your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order. At any time, you can check the status of your package using the link in the shipping notification. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties.
DELIVERY
Gymkamel Sport Ltd ensures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders outside UK require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Gymkamel Sport Ltd.

We deliver Products only in United Kingdom and Europe. We are unable to deliver to: P.O. Box addresses, overseas army addresses and Prisons.

We offer FREE standard deliveries on all orders with hassle free returns, please note we offer free return with a prepaid return label you receive with your order, but we will charge a handling & processing fee of 10 GBP upon return.

All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. All EU orders will be sent by DHL, UPS & FedEx, which service we offer, and the delivery time depends on the destination country, but on average EU orders take 2-6 working days to arrive from dispatch.

From January 1st, 2021 all EU orders will have the UK VAT removed at checkout (so the price will be lower than stated). However, you may be liable for import VAT and duty depending on your location when the item is delivered. We are unable to assist with this and cannot tell you the amount due, so please refer to the tax guidelines in your country before ordering to avoid any surprises. The recent trade deal between the UK and EU suggests orders from the EU will be liable for import VAT but no import duty or customs fees.

We use DHL, UPS and FedEx to dispatch our orders. All items are insured so if they are lost in postal transit, your money is guaranteed at all times. If this is the case, we will file a claim for missing goods and upon completion of the claim we will either re-send the goods or refund the full amount to your card. Please be aware this process can take up to 21 days, as we have to give the courier sufficient time to search for your missing parcel.

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order to protect against fraud - however you can change your delivery address before completing your order if you wish to have your order delivered to your workplace or elsewhere.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS
Hassle free returns, we submit a pre-printed return label to all our orders. Simply use this in case of a return. When using the pre-printed return label your shipment will be traceable, insured and delivered within a few days. We will deduct 10 GBP as processing and handling fees from your refund when using the DHL/UPS return label.

It's important that you return your product in the same condition you received it. This means labels still attached, and no visible wear marks. Sealed packages with underwear or socks for which the seal has been broken by you can't be returned. You must not have used the product, shall be returned with the product without having been tampered; If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy. After you have received your order, you have 15 days to return it back to our warehouse for refund.

For any shipping country, pre-paid return slips are only valid when returning from the same country the order was originally shipped to. Should you return your order from another country than the one it was shipped to, please contact our Customer Support Centre.

Leave your parcel at a DHL / UPS Access Point or contact DHL / UPS Customer Service to arrange a pick-up. EU customers included in your parcel there's three customs invoices, hand these over to DHL / UPS operator when dropping off your parcel or collection (do not put these documents inside the parcel).

All returns are processed within 5-7 business days from the day it reaches our warehouse in England. Return handling might take longer during periods of sales and public holidays.

28-DAY RETURN POLICY ON ALL PRODUCTS
We offer 15 days of return where we transfer the money back to your account upon return. The transaction can take up to a week. If you miss the deadline of 15 days, we can offer you to return the product in exchange for a voucher if it is less than 28 days since the purchase. We do not accept return after 28 days.

The product needs to be returned in its original state, unused, and with all hangtags still on. All returns within EU must be registered online via Customer Support Centre.
EXCHANGES
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and colour, all exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your items to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at Gymkamel.co.uk. Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund. For countries outside of UK, taxes and duties may apply which will not be covered by Gymkamel Sport Ltd. Since tax and import duties vary from country to country, we cannot provide an exhaustive list of applicable rules. Instead, we ask you to turn to your local customs authorities for more information.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND CHARGES
All orders are fully refunded, including full item value and any shipping fees paid unless processing and handling fees i.e; (15 GBP).
1 YEAR WARRANTY
We have a 1-year warranty policy on all our products. This means that we offer free repair or refund on all products covered by the warranty within the warranty period. We believe in re-use instead of replacing and will always consider if the damage is repairable before we decide to replace a product. While a new Gymkamel product is awesome, an old one maybe even more so. High-quality products with a long lifespan are one of the best measures to make a product more environmentally friendly.
REPAIR TIME
The processing time for repairs is usually around 21 days from receiving the product or payment, in peak repair periods the process may take longer. When we repair your product, we always try to use original spare parts and fabrics, but if we do not have them, we choose the most like the original one.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product is damaged or does not correspond with how the product was presented on the site you have the right to enter a claim. Please contact Customer Support Centre as soon as you discover the fault. We will first try to see if it is possible to repair or remedy the fault. If this is not possible then we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault, then we will refund the money. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return-shipping costs.
NTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the site and in the material published on it are owned by or licensed to Gymkamel and it’s affiliates. You are authorized to use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Gymkamel. You may not modify the material in anyway, without the prior written permission of the copyright owner. For inquiries, please visit our Customer Support Centre page.
USER CONTENT
The Gymkamel Sport Ltd. website may include user generated content, e.g. from social media applications. Gymkamel does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos, videos, etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise are offended by such content, please contact our Customer Support Centre.
